Recovery Coaching

Personalized support for individuals beginning recovery, returning from treatment, or trying to build stability. Coaching may include accountability, routines, recovery meetings, healthy activities, employment, goal-setting, relapse-prevention planning, and community connections.

Family Recovery Coaching

Education and guidance for parents, spouses, partners, and loved ones. Support includes communication, boundaries, treatment decisions, expectations, crisis preparation, and helping family members protect their own wellbeing.

Interventions And Family Crisis Support

Preparation, family coordination, compassionate conversation, and a clear plan for what happens if a loved one accepts or refuses help. The goal is movement toward safety, responsibility, and appropriate treatment.

Treatment Placement And Navigation

Help understanding detox, residential treatment, PHP, IOP, outpatient care, sober living, and continuing support. Services may include identifying possible programs, communicating with admissions teams, and preparing for transitions.

Public Speaking And Education

Recovery education and lived-experience presentations for schools, hospitals, treatment organizations, courts, first responders, unions, workplaces, families, and community events.
